Guarantee
Bookings are only confirmed upon receipt of a valid credit card number and expiration date, along with full or partial prepayment depending on the cancellation policy.
No-Show
In the event of a no-show, the full cost of the stay will be charged.
Cancellation and Modification
Any modification to the booking, or partial or total cancellation, must be made in writing.
Non-Refundable Policy
Prepayment for the entire stay (excluding tourist tax) is charged at the time of booking.
This prepayment is non-refundable in the event of cancellation, modification, no-show, or cancellation on the day of arrival.
Flexible Cancellation Policy
A 30% deposit of the total amount is required to confirm the booking.
If cancelled more than 7 days before arrival, the deposit is refunded.
If cancelled between 7 days and 48 hours before arrival, the deposit is retained.
If cancelled less than 48 hours before arrival, on the day of arrival, or in the event of a no-show, the full amount of the booking will be charged.
Liability
The Company cannot be held liable for the consequences of external, unforeseeable, and unavoidable events that prevent the fulfillment of booked services (force majeure), including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation and/or execution falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
